In 2003, SF Systems unified our company logo and company banner under the name: S.F. Systems.  We expected the registered company name to become a First Class license operation in 2003 in the China region.  S.F. Systems applied the China NVOCC registration at the China Transportation Dept.  This allowed the S.F. Systems¡¯ bill of lading to be a formal operation in the China market.  S.F. Systems will have another three offices operating in Tianjin, Ningbo, and Nanjing.

After nearly ten years in the freight forwarding business, Mr. Alvin F. G. Ho opened SF Systems on December 20, 1986.  Its first operation was in the Taipei, Taiwan market under the name: Sinotrans Freight Systems Corp., at Taiwan Civil Aeronautics Bureau.  In the same year, Mr. Alvin F. G. Ho obtained the Taiwan Customs Broker License.  This allowed the company to have a multi-service function as well as freight forwarding to meet the needs of the customers.

The world economics trend helped the Hong Kong region to take on an important role as a link between the manufacturers in China and the rest of the world.  This encouraged Alvin F. G. Ho to expand his freight forwarding company in the Hong Kong region under the name: Sinoformosa Systems (H.K.) Ltd. on March 15, 2003.  Sinoformosa Systems (H.K.) Ltd. reformed the company name as: S.F. Systems Ltd. This allowed us to present one sole company banner and logo that operates in the freight forwarding market.

November 15, 1996
Sinoformosa Systems (H.K.) Ltd opened the freight forwarding service in Shanghai, China under the company name: S.F. Systems (Shanghai) Ltd.  This allowed the company to provide more link-service between Hong Kong and China.  In addition, the company had the honor to be one of the WFG representatives at Shanghai, China in 2000.

Sinoformosa Systems (H.K.) Ltd and Director, Ms. Hattie Huang, together opened another branch in Qingdao, China under the name: S.F. Systems (Qingdao) Ltd.  The air and ocean freight departments of this branch served the freight forwarding needs for cities such as Yantai, Jinan, and Longkou.

January 15, 2001
Sinoformosa System (H.K.) Ltd and Mr. Ma Jian opened another freight forwarding office in Beijing, China under the company name: S.F. Systems (Beijing) Ltd. which made it possible to render service between the northern China region and overseas customers. In 2001, this branch had the honor to be a WFG representative at Beijing, China.

December 15, 2001
Alvin F. G. Ho opened the operation service at Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China under the company name: S.F. Systems (Shenzhen) Ltd. which allowed SF Systems operation to link up service between Hong Kong and Southern China.  This arrangement allowed the freight forwarding service to reach cities such as Dongguan, Chaozhou, Shekou, Shenzhen, Shantou, and Shunde.

Alvin F.G. Ho and Mr. Ma Jian opened the operation service at Xian, China under the company name: S.F. Systems (Xian) Ltd. which covered the region in the Northwest area including: Xian, Xianyang, Yanan, Hanzhong in Shaanxi Province, and Datong, Jincheng in Shanxi Province.

S.F. Systems (Guangzhou) Ltd. commenced its business in April 2003, which initially provided service from Guangzhou directly or by trans-shipment at Hong Kong by air or ocean services between China and the United States, Europe, South East Asia, and Taiwan.

S.F. Systems (Xiamen) Ltd. is a member of S.F. Group, located in Xiamen, Fujian Province, China.  Xiamen is a beautiful city with high development of logistics in the middle of Fujian Province, which is one of the eight biggest seaports in China.  We cover a scope of business over cities such as Xiamen, Guangzhou, Zhengzhou, Fuzhou, etc.  Xiamen is very important to the import and export shipments business.  Our office is in the Xiamen Xiangyu Free Trade Zone right next to a busy harbor.  Our office has an advantageous geographic location; it is only 10 minutes away from the airport. .
